Our jewelry offered for sale are those listed on the site www.missmerry.fr the day of the consultation of the site by the customer.
The jewels are offered for sale in the stocks.
The jewelry offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. For more information the customer has the possibility to contact us for more details.
The photographs illustrating our jewelry may be slightly different from reality because of the settings of the client screen and lighting when shooting.
 
 
 
 
 
PRICE
 
 
The awards are presented in Euros and VAT is not applicable under section 293B of the CGI. They are exclusive of delivery charges which remain to the customer unless specific indications or conditions. All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in Euros.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The jewelry will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of registration of the order.
 
 
 
ORDER
 
 
Any order implies acceptance of prices and descriptions of jewelry available for sale.
The customer declares to have read and irrevocably accepted these Terms and Conditions before placing his order.
The validation of the order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the choice of carrier and guarantees the delivery of products.
However, after delivery, the risks of goods passes to the customer.
The shipment is Colissimo, delivery will be made from Monday to Saturday to the address you specify. In case of absence a notice will be left in your mailbox. Your package will be made available for 15 days in the post office in your area.
The customer must check the condition of the packaging. If this procedure is not followed, we disclaim any responsibility for any exchanges or refund products.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery or to deliver an order from a customer who has not fully paid or settled a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is being administered.

Delivery costs are 5 Euros for any l`Europe and 8 Euros for the rest of the world.
The average delivery time is 3 days (excluding Sundays).

Deliveries are made in France (including Corsica) and in all countries of the European Union.
 
 
Availability:
 
 
In case of unavailability of product after placing the order, the customer will be informed articles out. The customer can then cancel or exchange an order.
 
 
WITHDRAWAL
 
 
As from the date of receipt or withdrawal of the order, the customer has a period of 7 days to return an item. After this time, the delivered jewelry will be deemed compliant and accepted by the customer, and we reserve the right to refuse the exchange, credit or refund.

EXCHANGE and RETURN
 
 
Beyond the statutory withdrawal period of 7 days, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange, credit or refund.
The jewelry made according to customer specifications or clearly personalized, can not be returned or exchanged.
 
The returned item must be unworn, in its original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the purchase order or invoice and informally, to note the reason for return, so we can improve our service. Damaged returned jewelry, soiled or incomplete will not be exchanged or refunded.
 
Any return of goods requires our prior agreement.
The return of goods is at the expense, risk and peril of the customer. We therefore recommend a delivery with delivery against signature and insurance of the parcel. The item will be exchanged within 30 days of receipt of the returned jewelry.
The customer will join returning a lump sum check of € 5.95 for the cost of preparing and sending the new item selected.
If the new order is for a higher amount, the customer will join the exchange request payment for the price difference of the two articles. Conversely, if the amount of the exchange is less than the amount the customer will be refunded the amount of the difference.
